RHop Holdings LLC was originally founded as R Hopkins & Company, in 1945, by R. Z Hopkins. “R.Z.” my Great Grandfather and my Grandfather R S Hopkins (the first and second R Hopkins') managed the business together for its first several decades.
My Father, R. F. Hopkins (the third R. Hopkins) assumed management in 1968 when the company’s name was changed to RHop Holdings as other operating units began to develop. One of these operating units RHop Capital Management https://tinyurl.com/qkm2yzl is the parent of RHop Smaller Business Management whom we are introducing here!
I am R. S. Hopkins (the fourth R. Hopkins). I assumed responsibility when my father retired in 2016. The business has consequently been in existence for over seventy-five years and has seen many changes, however, our focus has never changed. We are in business and exclusively committed to helping support the smaller business community. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Aeg610qkjok
How do we define smaller business? Most of our clients have fewer than twenty employees, some with less than ten and many in fact only one! What do we do? We help resolve smaller business-related issues! What does this mean? If you have a problem, question, issue, or concern, we help you resolve it. Our objective is to provide smaller businesses the services they most often need to function most effectively at truly affordable pricing. If we cannot help there is no charge! Let me reiterate if for any reason you feel we have not been helpful, whatever money you may have paid will be refunded 100%! The best news, of course, is when responding to your inquiry if you feel we have helped it will only cost $25 and that's it! So please! If you need help, maybe uncertain about anything having to do with your business, or perhaps need help making some particular business decision or may just need someone to talk to concerning general business operations management or your financial situation in general, just pay $25, send us an email and we will help you sort things out, resolve the issue or correct the problem to your absolute satisfaction or $25 will be returned, guaranteed, should you, for any reason, you feel we have let you down!
Given our decades of experience, we have come to believe there are basically two strategies for solving smaller business-related issues: 1) correction or resolution and 2) prevention! Granted,, resolution is more the purview of our parent RHop Capital Management, however, we are, in fact, the gateway to those services--most particularly when it comes to more complex financial-related issues. Our primary focus at SBM is providing our clients direction regarding issue resolution and prevention. In addition to providing necessary direction concerning all manner of smaller business problems we also offer actual management control systems, custom-designed general management reporting systems, General Management Certification (GMC), and training specifically for smaller businesses, as well as help screen possible clients for our parent RHop Capital Management where most critical financial and or funding related issues may be the concern.
How can we help you? You tell us your issue or problem, what you feel you need or want to see happen, and we will provide you an effective road map for accomplishing that objective..
Do you have a question you would like to ask us, an issue or a problem you would like us to look at or comment on? Please see our Contact page, pay the $25 inquiry cost, send us an email and we will do whatever it takes to assist you (to your absolute satisfaction) from there! We expect to save you a ton of money and will look forward to hearing from you!
Below noted family pictures
From left to right, the first picture is "RZ" my Great Grandfather, the founder of the company, believed to have been taken in 1945 around the time the company was first formed. He was the first R Hopkins. The second picture is of my Grandfather, RZ's son, taken on his return from WWll after serving the Navy. It had been said that RZ (himself a senior C level executuve at the time, in the Detroit-centered auto industry) had started the business for him to have a career to come home to. The two men worked together to develop the company for the next several decades. The final picture here is of my father who assumed General Management in 1968 overseeing the business until his general retirement in 2016 having successfully overseeing things for nearly a half century. If you would like to see a picture of me, I'm the guy in the Bee Suit on our Home page!.In addition to my being CEO since 2016, I also oversee our own smaller business "East Coast Bees" which I started from scratch, on my own, considering I sincerely felt there could be no better way to experience real "smaller" business management. It has become my special baby, as I am sure your smaller business must be for you.
